Our Potters wheel sessions are suitable for both beginners and those wishing to improve.  We work with a wide range of clays which are also available to purchase from the studio.  Sessions include all materials and first firing and are priced at £30.00 for one hour or £50 for up to two hours per person with tuition.   Some progress faster than others so may finish the two hour session a little earlier.  Whilst we make every endeavour to keep  your creations

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

safe, once they are completely dry they are loaded into one of our kilns. 

 

We cannot guarantee that they will survive the firing process.   This is completely out of our control. The majority of pots do, however there is always the unknown to deal with.  Even after an apparently successful bisque firing, once glazed undetected cracks can open up.

The Potters Wheel is available for use any time we're open for advanced throwers but please  do book ahead as our studio is very popular.   The cost will depend on time in the studio and the amount of clay used which must be purchased from us.  We also offer a firing service for those Potter's working from home.  Please enquire about this.
